Her commitment to the industry is far reaching by being actively committed to the development of Canadian media talent by teaching Strategic Media Planning at the British Columbia Institute of Technology full‐time studies for the past 8 years. As a member of several industry councils she brings solutions and a voice to the media industry. Robyn's 14+ years of media experience includes local, national and international media services management for numerous national and international accounts including Rogers Video Canada, Starbucks, Nissan Canada, Okanagan Spring Brewery (Sleeman and Shaftebury brands), Mission Hill Wines, Boston Pizza, Calona Wines, Canfor Lumber, PMC Sierra, Kal Tire, Michael Hill Jeweller, the Government of British Columbia, ADT Security, Global TV and Rogers Broadcasting. In her position she monitors and maintains the high level of service and overall relationships delivered to all Barlow media clients and suppliers. Media is also very active on Robyn's desk supplying intricate strategic planning and client servicing on a daily basis including working closely with the national and local advertising programs for Kal Tire, Swimco, Urban Barn, Playground, Nature's Path Canada, numerous agencies and new business development. Due to Robyn's experience at the Bureau of Broadcast Measurement (BBM), her ability to employ and interpret media industry research fully complements her role at Barlow Media Inc.

Lucas background as a US specialty and cable television planner and buyer secures his understanding when planning and buying for clients with very specific socio‐graphics, demographics and psychographic targets across rural, urban and mass markets. Over the years at Barlow Media, Lucas has expanded his experience in delivering multi‐level media planning and buying for large consumer based products. Lucas works closely with clients developing and maintaining web campaigns and interactive online programs such as Google‐ad‐words, MSN and Facebook. His current media activities include the strategic planning and buying for Intrawest Honua Kai, Lahaina, Hawaii, Prospera Credit Unions, Upper Canada Mall Ontario, Natures Path brands, Planet Organic Canada and the Planet Organic Living chain and Apple Auto Glass. This compliments Lucas's career passion in delivering national and interactive relationship based campaigns.

Amanda is an honours graduate from the Marketing Communications program at British Columbia Institute of Technology where she specialized in Media Planning & Buying. Amanda is the ‘numbertumbler' at Barlow Media Inc., where she compiles and evaluates audience data for all media planning including broadcast, out of home, print and direct mail. Cost Per Thousand and ROI is her game and her primary role is in the development of strategic media planning and targeted media buying. Amanda is well‐versed in media research tools such as BBM & RTS as well as media data tracking skills via Adtraq where she monitors and reconciles the proof of performance for all campaigns. Currently Amanda works closely across Canada with the new market development team for Kal Tire, Black & Lee Tuxedos, Maverick Properties specializing destination real‐estate marketing and The Eminata Group, promoting post secondary educational programs and institutions.

Brian is a recent graduate from the BCIT School of business fulltime studies program with a diploma of Marketing. Further Brian has a degree in Science from the University of Victoria. Over the year Brian has been specializing in the planning and buying of print media programs including multiple categories of consumer and trade magazines, newspapers, alternative print, commuters publications as well as their available on line interactive advertising programs. Alternative media planning further keeps Brian busy, including national flyers, mailers, door hangers and traveler/tourism media including BC Ferries, Lightvision and other developing forms of digital media.

Nadine brings over 23+ years of pure advertising financial administration to our company. From Baker Lovick, McKim Advertising Canada, Wasserman & Partners and Rethink Advertising, Nadine has honed her skills with a multitude of advertising financial tracking systems including Adtraq, HDS and is the only Western Canadian trained accounting professional on Fuimus AMS. Nadine is our secret weapon as she is also an educated and experienced media planner buyer from years in select media departments – an accounting expert who really understands our craft of media.
